CASWELL DUNES RULES VEHICLES • NO PARKING IN AREAS DESIGNATED FOR OTHER UNITS. • NO PARKING ON GRASS. ALL No Grilling on Decks – must grill on paved areas at least 10 ft. away from building No garbage allowed in the hallways or on decks Place garbage in designated containers for the unit provided – Storage of Trash cans under any stairwell is prohibited – fines will be assessed to owner of the unit Trash and Recycle Pick-up: Refer to the Town of Caswell Beach Trash/Recycling Schedule See the link at the top of this web page Trash must be out the night before the pick up day Trash collection is usually early morning Pets must be kept on a leash Pet waste must be picked up – bags provided throughout the community Towels and swimsuits are not permitted on deck railing Conduct of residents/renters may not disturb others – no loud music POOL RULES • READ RULES POSTED AT POOL AREA. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING ALL RULES. • NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED. • NO FOOD IS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA (INSIDE THE FENCED POOL AREA) BE CONSIDERATE AND DISPOSE OF ALL TRASH. |
